
1. How do I get to the PerabotGarage store?
The PerabotGarage store is located at B5-G-1, No.17, Jalan Pinggiran 1/2, Taman Pinggiran Putra, Selangor.
2. What are the operating hours? Are you open on public holidays?
We are open from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are also open for business on Public Holidays, with the exception of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
3. Are PerabotGarage's furnitures for rent?
Rental of furniture are processed in a case by case basis. Customers whom rent items from PerabotGarage will have to pay a refundable deposit in additional of the rental fee. The total amount must be paid FULL upon the collection or delivery of goods. The deposit will be refunded to the customer upon the return of rental items. Any damaged or loss of items will be considered sold.
4. What are the payment modes that PerabotGarage accept?
Currently, at PerabotGarage, we accept Cash only. If you buy items that require delivery, you would require to put at least half of the amount as deposit.
5. Why does your furniture has slight dirt / wear & tear?
Due to the nature of 2nd hand goods, it is inevitable that our products will come with slight dirt and signs of slight wear and tear. Our products are definitely not 100% perfect as compared to brand new ones, but we will try to get you the better ones from our warehouse.
6. Can I reserve the furniture at your showroom?
Currently, PerabotGarage does not provide stock reservation. Our products are on a first- come first serve basis. Unless the customer paid a deposit before hand, there will not be any confirmed reservation by us, the furniture will still be opened for sale.
7. I bought some items from PerabotGarage, but are there any delivery charges?
There will be a charge depending on the location of the delivery. You can talk to our salesperson to work something out.
8. What are the terms and conditions for returning items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, bring it back with your receipt within 2 weeks for an exchange or refund. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on cut fabric & blinds, goods damaged after leaving the PerabotGarage store.
